To stop the time loop, before her death she went as far back in time as she said she would to completely prevent the ML from taking a dark path on 3 separate occasions. Thus on the 3rd timeline during the 3 time stops, changed the ML completely into a better person where his family is alive and he never taken up on dark magic. Which in turn messed up with the soul contract between her and the ML during her 22nd life to which has him stuck in limbo but knows what the FL truly wants.
