But that's what HE thinks and maybe the break up just serve as a big slap in his face, and that he's absolutely right, which is also an assume on his part because they fr lack on communication.

The ML went extreme measures to invade MC's space. The 'runaway part' didn't even last that long and unfortunately, the baby needs the father's pheromones so mc had a hard time and will have a chance to die. AND that's where the ML comes in AGAIN. No matter how intense their argument is, the ML can't leave the mc alone and is a shameless bastard but welp, even tho the mc portrays to hate it. His dense and so unbothered for his own sanity.
I get that he was hurt badly from what the top said but for seven fucking years he just assumed his boyfriend hated him and stayed??? Literally the affectionate one and who hugs him and cares for him is the top but he keeps on convincing himself there was never any love from him.
