The problem with this series, imo, is that the author gets so close to writing something meaningful, sets everything up for some deeper level plot or character development, and just as we’re about to taste it, they cut it off with some smut or other nonsense.
He regained his memory because his subconscious possessiveness shuddered at the thought of Gyuha with someone else? And finds Gyuha just to have sex? All that build up, all of Gyuha’s agonising, but we never really see Gyuha recognising and appreciating what he temporarily lost when current Chayoung disappeared, or Chayoung re-falling in love with Gyuha w/o the pregnancy/disappearing motivation. Fuck, we had Chayoung chasing Gyuha arc, this could’ve been Gyuha’s chasing arc.
But no, it’s just amnesia-Chayoung: fucks Gyuha, memories recovered-Chayoung: also fucks Gyuha, but is *nicer*
