If a child is confirmed a crazy killer, be it of animals or humans, is it morally wrong to treat them the same as adult murderers? Take the case of a child serial killer in India. He's still in his single digit age, and he already killed 3 babies. Almost gleeful about it too. And he's apparently released now, after turning 18. An 8-year-old serial killer. 10 years in juvie, after killing 3 babies, one his own baby sibling and another his baby cousin.
