LOL, Its not explicitly said anywhere but im assuming it was half hallucination/ reality? right before the strangling was reality and minyeong smacked him in the forehead when he began choking him. im guessing after that the rest was hallucinations.
2 ch ago, at the end, he made a conscious decision to drink one of the drinks. Last ch, he was sitting by the window and the empty glass was on the floor. When Ji saw him and took him to the room, he started tweaking on the way there. So when you see Cheol on the bed, what transpired didn’t really happen. Though what both of them was saying did in fact happen. The clue was in this ch, the floor gave way and he fell indicating he was high as a giraffes nuts and he didn’t really strangle Ji to death. But the conversation in all 3 ch were real. Cheol was just seeing something other than reality.
