I believe this is done on purpose? Since his character is described as being very much into that aesthetic. Though I am confused as to why he has a manticote already, since he thirsts after Peace so MUCH. I guess we'll see!
It's crazy how the concept or orientalism is also haunting a work created in Asia regarding another Asian country, LMAO. (I was talking about how Japan was depicted here, by Korean author). Like, it's 2026, and you couldn't imagine someone from Japan wearing modern clothes?? LOL.
