I feel like though they reunited but it's not like their relationship will automatically be all lovey dovey they still have a long way to go. Also I feel like if mok got hit by nanjo's car then it's only fair he's worried and rushes to the hospital cuz he's not heartless to just leave a person dying whether its mok or not and maybe his 'protective' side is also a reason he showed up immediately after mok's call. Nanjo might have a soft spot for mok but it's not to the point of 'love' yet! Still nanjo's POV will help us understand what's on his mind.
