If you click one of the overhead tabs “Yaoi, Comedy, shounen ai,” etc it will bring you to a page that has a lot of tags. You can click to select and double click to deselect. It doesn’t have every tag, but it has the common ones!
This is the only way I’ve found, and I use desktop idk if I use mobile, but I hope this helped at least a bit!

Those aren't real official tags just something creators of the lists tagged it as so you're better off finding playlists than looking through those

like i use tags to find other mangas and stuff in that typa category but idk if they have a merge two tags together feature
