Honestly, so much happens within the next chapters that I don't know if I can really explain everything there's like backstory involved and everything .so I would say things change starting next chapter and it does a 180 after 3chapters from this current one .

Tbh after this over i would read the novel. It's soor beautifuly written and the manga can't compare. The manga is missing a lot of nuance and emotions etc I think it might have cut a lot of corners
