It does have its very uncomfortable moments (the end of volume 2 and most of volume 3 are the worst offenders).
It just depends on your tolerance levels. If you’re able to handle the manhwa (which is less graphic) then you might be ok with the novel, but if you find the manhwa too graphic, the niveles are a lot more detailed (and triggering).

nothing like starting the day with yang I'll woo to give me grippy socks. I read this chapter super selective as in I only translated the good parts. Which is that they meet up in the end and now I'm happy (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶) n I avoided a menty b. I'm very very scared and slightly excited for the next chapter but ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و ♡ to avoiding a menty B.

Ya I had selective reading mode on , no hearing and eyesight for this chapter. Cause if I read the words attached to the pictures i would be bawling. So I was like it's just fine , the house is not on fire n moved on until things looked ok. I can't stop myself from reading this story too:/ that's too real.
