he only cut his one wrist, which we see later in the chapter with a much smaller bandage (as i am assuming the nurses changed it).
they only show a close up of his good arm that he didn’t cut with the hospital wrist band.
i believe it’s all real and that he’s in a psychiatric unit as they have seen his wound and the state he would have arrived in besides the car accident.
could also explain why he doesn’t have shoes on (since you can’t have shoe laces in those units)
or why the nurse lended him her charging cord leaving it behind the counter (as he wouldnt be able to leave the unit on his own or have access to the cord for the same reason as the laces)
that’s just what i think though!

Mo kyeon looked at his wrist and there was no bandages no scar nothing and wouldn't nanjo have seen his attempt or atleast the hospital would bring it up maybe even move him to the pysch ward might be a dream but thats just a theory if its true imma be pissed as hell
