um well the only way is to be on desktop and if you see your country’s flag beside someone’s username, then they’re from ur country. or just ask here in the comments if ppl who are from x country want to be friends with you

There's no search method on mango itself. You gotta use Google method as mentioned above or just have them send you the link to their page.
