Funnily enough I think the no commitment part of their relationship makes him feel more at ease. Thus him being more sweeter and patient. If there is a commitment he would feel rushed to “advance” the relationship with his exes.
Despite that, he has definitely become loyal and dedicated to ideum’s circumstances. Plus their high physical chemistry has a hand in this too.
i think the reason why jaeyi is a scum to his exes was because he actually never liked them and was just after sex so he couldn't care less... ideum is unique and genuine with him so things are east for their no strings attached arrangement and that's why jaeyi cares about him so much. they're so domestic, i dont even feel like they're fuckbuddies.
