Secondary gender is whether their alpha, omega, beta. The term really only applies to alphas and omegas. First gender is whether they’re male/female. Saturation scent is their pheromones. Think of it as fabric softener. If your clothes is soaked in fabric softener they’ll smell. So if someone is saturated in pheromones they’ll emit a smell that only alphas and omegas can smell. And the scent smells like the other person. I.e. an omega saturated in an alpha’s scent will smell like the alpha, though the omega’s scent is mixed in there too.
