As of rn, it's officially shounen ai despite the Yaoi tag on mggo.

The author said both seasons are 15+ in korea (not 19+ so no Yaoi). She hasn't said anything about a 3rd season yet, everyone is just hoping for one bc we're all depraved & want smut.
