MC dumb as fuck and it's pissing me off

Y'all I only got like 8-9 chapters in, the MC has NO substance whatsoever I genuinely don't know who he is as a person or where his values lie. He's just, constantly horny every time he's on screen. He doesn't even get a thought process, it's just "oh these pheromones are nice" or "ew these pheromones are disgusting" or "I need more pheromones NOW" like why are we having sex in public without even acknowledging the fact that there's other people around. It feels like the MAIN CHARACTER'S entire purpose is to just take alpha dih. What even was the point of that whole reincarnation plot if it's just gonna jump to an 8 year time skip (for NO reason) and never be brough up again, if that was the case then you could've just had him actually go crazy from the illness. What, was the thing that reincarnated into his body previously a wild fucking boar? He's dumb as a rock. And when his brother said "Nox is just another omega who's a slave to his instincts" or wtv he said I don't remember, I was lowk nodding along in agreement. Like yeah, that's frl all there is to him. When he's not being fucked he acts like a kid who has yet to gain sentience. I like when the kids are freaked out rather than not wanting it at all but like, he's not even freaked out, he's just, nothing. No personality, not thought process, no awareness of anything ever.
