Idk why I see people getting mad at the little dude (sorry I forget his name, the short one) I think he's being pretty reasonable given the circumstances, I don't hate him at all he has every right to cut both of them off. Sure, he initiated the threesomes but they both agreed to it and he had zero reason to think they other two would be having relations behind his back. I mean even tho he seemed to be using the black haired guy, I still think it's reasonable to be a little upset
I have to recall this the best I can cuz it's kinda confusing. It starts with a noble woman, she was courted by a high ranking knight and fell deeply in love with him and his charms, and they get married. A few years after their marriage however, her father dies, and he suddenly stops the loving husband act. He tells her that him courting and marrying her basically revenge or something, and when she asked for a divorce he adamantly refused, saying that he was ensure that she suffered for the rest of her life inside that house. Instead of taking the normal fl route and trying to escape, she attempts to kill herself numerous times, which freaks her husband out ig. Anyway I'll keep this short, he eventually lets her divorce and leave him, and she ends up becoming a nurse during the war despite his only wish be that she keep living, and she almost died in a church fire after being held hostage. Long story short I think they eventually get back together but I haven't gotten there yet AND I DESPERATELY WANT TO FINISH IT SO IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT PLEASEEEEE TELL ME THE NAME OF IT
