Apparently the zombie outbreak is divine punishment, despite them yk having a saint the emperor does not believe in God and on a bitch whim destroyed a majority of the temples angering the God in their world, FL makes a bet with the God where either they beat him or they have to sacrifice ML (the black hair prince (tf)) as the emperor put up statues of ML so people could worship him instead , they weaken the angered god by destroying the zombies red gems and in return the God agrees to grant FL a wish for beating him, FL uses the wish to revive all those who died during the apocalypse and the God agrees and revives all those who were lost (YES LADY COMSOMMEEEEEE (Her death broke my heart okay) ).
