I really don’t think you understand. It’s not about the effects of rape…all of the authors works are fetish works and they exclusively make csam of little boys being brutally raped because they and their readers get off on the sadistic realism of it. None of their work is “romanticized” because the violent sadistic torture is the point. That’s the fetish he and his readers enjoy. It is not meant to be a real story or to make you stop and think about the horror of rape. The horror of rape is their fetish. They like watching victims suffer. The suffering is the entire point for readers to get off to.

I feel like I need to drive home the point that this was not published as a problematic “bl manga” like some the high school romance/smut you’re referring to.
