His reputation is that he's a playboy prince, but he hasn't shown romantic advances towards the MC so far. The empress is the villain ig, and he doesn't seem to be one of her subordinates. So far in the story he's been helping MC in her plans which ig goes against the empress. With all that I just kinda guessed he's going to be a decent guy, I would also say he's written well but we would have to wait for more chapters to see his character more developed

That scene between the empress and prince caught me off guard- I can only hope that he's playing into his mother's twisted desires to gain the upper in whatever he's planning cus he seems like a decent character so far
