You sound stupid if the story is ass then there is gonna be hate involed??? Telling people to "simply not read it" isn't gonna do anything when they don't need to listen some random online. Also, the story is for the public which means people can voice their PUBLIC opinion on if the story is a good read or not.
What’s “stupid” is reading a story with elements in it that you know don’t like. A story isn’t “ass” just because you personally don’t like the topics it involves. Would I say a salad is “ass” because it has lettuce in it and I hate lettuce? The salad isn’t objectively bad just because I don’t like lettuce. I will gladly complain on whatever I want. Again if the story is buns it's obviously going to be hated on. There is nothing but torture and no plot whatsoever in the story. So to answer your dumb statement, "I never understand the hate that black flag yaois get." People hate on it because of the barley written plot in the story. For example, people love killing stalking (not a yaoi but whatever) because it was written a better way than "oh my story is going to be a dude getting tortured for 50+ chapters straight surely the weirdos will eat that up!" You will see hate everywhere you go on your weird kinks because if something is PUBLISHED for the PUBLIC then obviously someone is going to voice their PUBLIC OPINION on IF the story is good or a waste of time.

Because there are better written ones... This is a joke. Can't even decide if it's going dark or romcom route. Kept switching the 2 in an awkward fashion that just leaves you feeling like "wtf was that?". Wasn't even about the content, but just the delivery and plot.
