Kind of a weird jump--and why lore now?

We immediately start the chapter with them in jail, whereas the last chapter had them confronted. It's not bad per se, just a little awkward. And I do find a lore drop kinda random at this point, and I'm curious how it plays into the main story.

Btw if you read my after notes I talk about how it plays into the story and why it is important. Also at the end they start talking about who Lee Young thought was the culprit, you can only guess what they will talk about next. It’s almost like Lee Young’s lore is important to know so that you know why he thinks like he does as they work to find out who the actual culprit is. But i do think you will be satisfied with how it plays out later in the story throughout the next few chapters

I actually skipped it since you mentioned spoilers!

In the after text parts I don’t put any spoilers just my theory and some clarification of what’s going on. The only actual “spoiler” i put is a random panel of the next chapter.
