hi, In my case, I used saline solution compresses (an ampoule one is better) for a few days (cold after piercing or slightly warm when it's inflamed) also switched the jewelry material to titanium cus cirurgic steel never heals well on me :( This happens a lot with ear piercings due to bumps or sudden movements that tug on the piercing, but it’s always a good idea to contact a skilled piercer for advice; I actually removed my nostril piercing for the same reason—to avoid a keloid and esthetic trouble later, I wouldn't rec any kind of dermatologic ointment or smt cus it's better to look for a specialist ;) hope it gets better!!

If it's not red, warm, smelly, and painful, it's probably just some lymph build-up under the skin. Leave it be. It either drains out or gets reabsorbed. Don't try to squeeze it out and don't play with your piercing.

if its not swelling and hurt to touch and warm just do the LITHA method (leave it the fuck alone) clean it warm water and try not to touch it or sleep on it, check on your type of jewelry too, sometimes its the jewelry that's irritating the piercing. switch to flatback if u can and overall if you have concern just contact your piercer i'm sure they're more than happy to help u out with it
