So after reading the raws, jae-un is more so in a relationship with yeong-yeong than he is with sa-hwan. Jae-un and yeong-yeong confessed to each other and are in a relationship with sa-hwan knowing. Sa-hwan and jae-un are connected, but it would probably be a very very long time before sa-hwan feels anything. And yes all three still live with each other and are always together by the end.
