I don't think he meant it that way. I think the seme liked him because he is his childhood friend and also because the uke is kind. So the seme is attracted to him. I think he meant it in a joking or teasing way. And I think the uke knows too that he is joking.
Yeahh i dont think seme meant it, he just said it as a cover to his real thoughts and emotions the way I see it
IDK if that's untrue, seeing how the uke almost immediately folded after brief protesting over having to give a kiss. And even if that wasn't true, that isn't inspiring for a relationship.
