minhyeok has/had a sister (idk if she's still alive in the hospital or not anymore i forgot a couple details bc of the time gap between the two seasonsT-T) who literally looks just like him but with longer hair and that's it. the red haired fox saw minhyeok first and thought he was the reincarnation of his past lover (see: painting in recent chapter or his flashback near end of season 1) so he assumes he's the reincarnation but it's actually his sister who he doesn't even know exists for now
