So, I honestly don't know if I'm the most suitable to answer your question (I'm currently marinating season 2 but I've read season 1 at least 5 times)
Nanjo was unhappy with Mok because he revealed their little fling to Sunhwa... yeah they were all entangled but Sunhwa didn't know and obviously won't have approved of Mok fuqin Nanjo's ass lol
