I thought: she could be a descendant of Princess Carolina and Elmar, but it seems she's just a misguided girl and grew up from abuse or with criminals.
I also thought she was an agent from Hagl tracking Anna as her story from Svars are lies like what Clarke said.
I find myself thinking that the author could've written more on this mystery surrounding Ori and that Anna should've been more vigilant/cautious about her. Like she was a top agent and it kinda seems she's lost her touch there.
