there was a bl like that in which the ml was a serial killer and the mc a runaway? (i think he keep changing identity or something), they lowkey fell in love and stabbed each other cuz they fought (they also kinda agreed to bleed out and die together ?) but they survived
they didn't get send to the same hospital or something so they lost contact

the serial killer is now obsessed with mc (and is looking for him) and now he hook up with guys that look like him and kill them afterwards
