It’s more than just a hint a lot of the times tbh. At the end of the day writers are a product of their environment and SK is a very patriarchal society. So even when a manhwa is written by a women the female characters can read as having varying degrees of internalized misogyny, just like their authors who probably don’t even realize they have it.
I see it in manga more than manhwa tbh. I don't really read manhua so idk about that
