The BL "Overclock" also follows a company being an AI startup. I dropped it for ethical reasons (not just AI stuff), so I can't say if it became more nuanced beyond "AI takes jobs/so do people," but it is worth noting that the author acknowledges that when they started the series, it was 2023 and when they thought AI was further off from doing all that it does now, and by the time they were done, they kinda became scared of AI due to it now threatening their job. IDK if this affected the overall angle of the story, though; the company is tech-based, so obviously they're gonna be more pro-AI than people in the creative field.
Sadly that's how it is in korea rn. I sometimes see AI bl drama(?) on twitter from kr users and they're like "maybe I should learn AI"
