Are you for real? I mean, it does look like Kay is starting to feel a little possessive over Zigril by how he looks upset at the thought of Zigril getting tired of him. And I guess they didn’t include that bc it would give away too much here in the manwha? Since that would confirm that Kay is indeed in love with Zigril too.
They left out the part where Kay says, if he tried to sleep somewhere else, by himself, Zigril would hunt him down and carry him back to their bed
