Not really, according to a few BLS i read, their uterus is only developed when they are in heat; that's why slick is produced- it was more like that, that is- male omegas when not in heat, are like normal males.

Nope, if you read the manga/hwa/huas carefully you’ll see that omegas go through "estrus cycle" not "menstrual cycle" which means they go into heat like most mamals. And most mamals don't get period excluding human and 2/3 other animals
Humans getting periods is the exception, not the rule, considering the majority of mammals do not experience a period. Considering the origins of omegaverse, and that they go into an estrus cycle and not a menstrual cycle they would not have periods. The real question should be "what happens for an omega female?" since they would, in theory, experience both.
What this diva said. Their uterus dont shed like womens cos of pheromones and hormones. What they “bleed” is the mucosal discharge that makes their holes slick n soft. (Also possible cod a lil of magic and impossible anatomical and scientific voodoo we all accept no questions ask)
Considering how in ABO their characteristics are more like animals in case of reproduction I think female omegas don't go through period. Did you ever read one where the female omega had period?

I have not. But I also don't see it mentioned too frequently even outside of omegaverse. So, I wouldn't expect to see it brought up at all.
Either way, I think it might be something left up to the creator. In theory animals who experience estrus would only be fertile during their heat as well, but it's common enough in omegaverse for an omega to get pregnant outside of their heat. So that implies at least some overlap of human traits.
