About transformation sequences... A physicist made an analysis (ages ago) about how such transformation could be according to the elaw.of.physics.(and magic.ofc). To sum it up, the transformation would be such a powerful energy burst/stream/pillar etc. That attacking it would be pure suicide. Like attacking a supernova barehanded.
