Mc is annoying, I don't understand what he wants

I think the art style doesn't match the story; I'm having trouble getting into it. Or the scenario is really poorly done, i'm confused

I don't understand why the ML fell in love with the MC. I mean... he has nothing going for him except being horny. There's nothing to like about him, I'm just confused. There's not a single ounce of romance in the story, and he says he's in love? I don't understand.
