My exact thoughts. Just saw one of the comments saying that they mentally skipped his backstory because they simply want to see him as a playboy falling in love with one person. Way to reduce a character to their fantasy.
kinda sad that majority of the comments are talking about the upcoming jealousy arc (which I'm also looking forward to ofc) and yet little to no comments at all about taeyong's physically and emotionally abusive family... and even the comments about it are about how it's apparently clichè and boring. since when have we become so desensitized to these themes? that's really sad.
like no wonder he's hypersexual, he's got abandonment issues and parental issues and who knows what else galore. I also can't stand the slander about him being a slut when he really hasn't been sleeping around since he and jinwoo essentially became exclusive fuck buddies. he literally cannot stop thinking about jinwoo.
