I don't really know anything about Korea's laws, but wouldn't beating someone up because they are SAing someone else be constituted as self defence and the charges would be dropped? The last chapter where they said he would be charged as a violent criminal or whatever are just ridiculous. Or, knowing how korean police deals with these types of cases perhaps this is an accurate representation. It was a hard read tbh, the premise is just uncomfortable from the start.
