2) I know too much about Canada. Ok so you want a place with a large ex-Soviet population, known for high ex-Soviet gang activity and biker gangs that smuggle drugs, and general high mafia activity… and you choose Vancouver ???? This has Toronto or Montreal all over it ???? Especially gang activity ??? Especially port city known for drug exportation facilitated by a biker gang, that’s like an ongoing thing in Montreal (especially paired with the long history of mafia activity) like that just took me out????!!!
