Me tooo, like why didn't she explain she saw a person? Or that she saw the inside of the portrait?? Like is this a manhwa missed plot or on the part of the novel?
They are treating Jio like a monster because he is in fact one. His ability and even Honey point toward that. He probably forgot when he got turned into one and therefore still considers himself as human.
For "humans" he is unpredictable. He might as well be toying with them until he gets bored and attacked. It might be dragging but he honestly has yet to do something that decisively proves he's no threat.
I understand it's a storyline and plot but watching then continue to treat jio like a monster and never clear it up is annoying. Maybe I'm used to reading shorter story's or stories with scenes that actually move on
