Seo Jio is originally a human but I think during the “end of the world” or whatever they call it he gained powers from “The Root” and his powers and paintings are powers closest to the root so he doesn’t seem human to other humans if that makes sense. But originallly he was born, raised, and lived as a regular human.
I hope the misunderstanding can be cleared sometime soon. Is Jio really a monster or a player/hunter?
