I might be wrong but I believe you are confusing this with something else. The Penelope & Callisto manhwa you mentioned is Death Is The Only Ending For The Villainess, but the author of that hasn’t published anything like this to my knowledge.
Oh I worded it wrong hahaha I mean there was already a adaption of history at the library but was cancelled and the artist is the same as the death is the only ending for the villainess. Sorry for the confusion I didn't bother checking the full title lol
