It's not that scary tho
scary is not always about jumpscares and ugly ghosts. this speaks louder than all of that. the horror elements in this story is much bigger than that. take the terror for example and the ml slowly being influenced by the evil. there are so many layers of "scary" in the story. I think the writer and illustrator deliver it nicely
