Just to clarify - A 30 year old guy with a child engages in a relation and ties down 18 year old fresh off highschooler and the guy doesnt even know he's being tricked right under his nose and when he transmigrated into another world, the emperor guy immediately have his way with unconcious Minho. The more I think about this story, the more my blood boils
Manipulation, manipulation and manipulation. The whole world manipulated Minho for its own selfish reasons and he is sacrificing himself without knowing that things are set up against his wishes.
But the story revealed its true colors when getting to ch 31 when we get to know what that emperor did to him and the audacity of this story to make us believe that Emperor acted cordially as if he didnt had his way with an unconcious minor?? and the emperor assumes Minho as a ploy sent by that evil sorceror??
The coronation scene where he's being bound to that world is done right under his nose while he's blissfully unaware. Plus Minho is not even fully fledged adult.
He's just 18 and just finished the high school. His life as he's desiring is now robbed off from him and is oblivous to true intention of the person he loves who's putting on a sympathy show. He doesnt even know fully about the man he loves.
And the servants around him knows about this but still putting on their hypocritical sympathy. They know Minho is being exploited, they know their peace and stability comes at the cost of Minho's autonomy and they know how kind he is and how he's giving his best even though he has no obligation to help them.
Minho is being manipulated and he's forced to take on responsibilites that doesnt even concern him and he doesnt even know about it yet he carries it without much complain.
