I understand and sympathy for Lavini. I do too. But for Astana, Vieze, Seral, and Jovaness... I can't seem to start to understand.
I understand that Astana was raised in that environment but didn't he enjoy the luxury and cruel it afforded him? Didn't his environment provided him the security and safety of executing his misdeeds?
At some points in the story he did have his own thoughts, semblance of a decent human, but alas, HE NEVER DID GOOD.
ASTANA ONLY LOOKS OUT FOR ASTANA.
He will forsake his mom, dad, pride, friends, everything. He will forsake everything just to be alive.
He has no morals. He has no dignity. He doesn't even have his pride.
Imagine, if Astana is given the time to "grow", he will surely become a more powerful man. He will be able to hurt more people.
Why give him the chance to hurt more people? Isn't it better to be rid of him now than to wait for his other victims?
Innocent until proven guilty? He is one guilty motherf*cker already. He cannot be redeemed. You'll see in the next chapter. He is despicable in every way.
