I also don't sympathize with Astana

I kind of understand. Astana was just a brat when the story started, u know those spoiled kids. Until it’s like watching him grow up with a manipulative btch (his mother) on his back. He was taught to grow up that way mainly because his father is an ahole, and his mother is a wretched btch treating him like a chess piece for their own gain and comparing him to the Prince even as a child. It’s like I see him as Vieze but with an unfortunate parents, since Vieze came from a loving parents and family, never know why that dumbahh grew up that way. At some point, I think I saw Astana thinks her Mother’s way of thinking is wrong, but even her mother doesn’t encourage him to study or think humbly. Hence why and I personally can’t really hate him for growing up arrogant, stoopid, and prideful. That doesn’t mean I forgive the stupid things he did. Bro doesn’t have atlest 1 sane person by his side. Hopefully, he changes tho.

Astana grew up way betterr than (I forgot her name, Tia's female cousin) but she grow up wonderfully...her parents are bad (stupidly bad than those royals though) but she knows what's bad but Astana is foolish, dumb and spoiled. I don't sympathize with Astana at all. "Bro doesn’t have atlest 1 sane person by his side." I doubt if he would listen even if he had though, that's how bad he is.

Tia’s cousin has tia, aunt shananet, tia’s father, twins as cousins. Astana grew up thinking acting high and mighty is “normal” since he is a prince, and with a group of also spoiled brats. Tia’s cousin atleast studied with her and their other cousins, Astana grew up thinking he doesn’t need to study since her mother told her so. I see you agree that he doesn’t have any sane person by his side, you wouldn’t know if he would listen since he didn’t have one. His uncle (empress’s brother) was a bit good, but his tounge was cut from opposing the empress. How would an uneducated and manipulated kid react? I’m not saying Astana is good, I’m saying that his current attitude is realistic and understanable for someone who grew up in such environment. Take Vieze’s son for example, he was an unforgivable bully and an assh0le, until he learned his lesson since Tia was there to make him learn and saved him despite the bullying she got. Astana is better than Vieze’s son, forgot the name, imo bro got good extended family and still grew up spoiled, he’s not even a prince.

Astana has no redeeming qualities for me and I do understand how he grew up but that doesn't change the fact that he'll always choose to save himself at the cost of everything. Unfortunately, he won't be able to change.

They're both rotten. Ballsack's only redemption is that he has good people who still watches out of him even if he's a wretched brat. He just changed coz he almost died. Inexcusable.

Astana almost died, a hell lot of times and was still rotten. So I guess Astana is more rotten than ballsack?

Astana did have his uncle, Luigi(???) - the one who's tongue was cut out. He tried. Astana just won't listen.
