I gotta come back ever so often to defend my man Yuri bc regardless of his personality, Mr. Lee is and should be incredibly grateful to have met him. Without him, 100% Mr.Lee would probably be dead or injured, either from the alcoholism, the escalating promiscuity(with unsafe people), or the depression. Yuri ain't meant for us(not me either) but he is def meant for Mr.Lee. Not that Mr.Lee didn't need therapy but thats redundant when therapy doesn't always work and Mr.Lee at that time didn't want help. He was drowning. Yuri *forcibly* pulled him out the water, regardless of what Mr.Lee wanted. He saved his life. And with someone with Mr.Lee personality(avoidant, hesistant, overthinking) he was not gonna get out himself, nor was he gonna seek help for himself. Its realistic. So I feel this a happy ending for them, and both Yuri and Mr.Lee are where they want to be. And are genuinely in a better head space, regardless of what other readers think they are going through at the end or whether it is "traditional" happiness. They are truly happy. So I am happy for them.
