OP, it's great that you look at Tabin's character with so much grace but respectfully to any girls out there reading this webtoon and seeing Tabin's character - please understand that his actions and "obsession" towards Sami IS very much a red flag. Regardless of their history, it is completely inappropriate for anyone to constantly disregard and disrespect your boundaries. He has on many occasions have grabbed Sami, even kissed her and he even pulls her to bed this chapter. The author (and respectfully OP alike) are making light of his actions but in real life, please understand that what he's doing is straight up assault and stalking. He may have his own reasons, and sure, is young but that does not mean his actions are excused. OP, you have to understand that no one is making him out to be a red flag...his actions and thoughts alike ARE a red flag.

i know a lot of people don't like tabin but i think his character provides so much to the story. tabin and sami's relationship is much more complex and is shown more in these new chapters, which goes more in depth with how sami feels about him and the time they spent together in the past. it is one-sided obsession, but i think people are forgetting that tabin is only a highschool boy (who clearly has lived a very comfortable, rejection-free life). he spent so much time with sami, saw her drastically change without explanation, and once he did get the explanation, felt as if the only way to deal with those emotions of hurt and empathy for her was to get even closer to her. it's obviously coming as a shock to him to see her and pyojun, because he feels like he knows her best, upset that someone who has never really "been" there being the one to earn her affection. it's unhealthy however because he says he literally cannot imagine her not being by his side, but again he's enamored and fell for her even harder. i would also like to think he acts the way he does as a way for sami to stop regretting the past, but to see that it also had good memories, which explains sami's "weak spot" for him; he's one of the only constants in her life that had changed so much. i understand sami wants to separate from her past but tabin helps her realize she can do so without feeling guilty for everything that reminds her of the past, which in turn can help mend her relationship with her uncle. it's definitely for the best that he snaps out of his obsession because sami never reciprocated, but he's not the red flag everyone makes him out to be. i hope he gets a happy ending
