In novel, there is no rape at all. This webtoon version is disappointment.
In novel ML is gay, and only attracted to masculine and martial artist. Even his mother knows that.
ML fell in love with MC, in every single lifetime. But only able to form relationship in 6th life.
And in novel, MC isn't wearing any of those woman's clothing like this webtoon.
The only time ML hurt MC is after MC returned from Imoogi Cave, ML thought that MC also had memory of previous life and felt betrayed.
ML thought last life, they were lovers and MC betrayed him. But MC also thought ML betrayed him.
The webtoon interpretation is soo annoying. There are lot of chunk informations cut off in webtoon

Seems like they have butchered the novel with this Webtoon, i was liking it in beginning cuz the mc is strong fighter, but they just ruined it totally. And i checked a few last ch, mc ends up as nothing but a twink tbh, Webtoon is really disappointing.

Yeah. In the novel, author repeatedly emphasized that MC is a strong war general. The war is even longer in novel too. It also have scene where MC trained the soldiers his special movements like mount spear or something. And he NEVER wear women's clothing. ML is gay and like manly martial artist men. I m sooo disappointed that MC here is written off as twink.
