Chapter 78 is where he goes to lunch with his brother, which kicks this sex scene off. I'd suggest starting there. Chapter 85 is around where we are at right now, but they've shuffled some parts of this scene around in the comic so it may be confusing jumping in there. Happy reading

Idk, I'm enjoying this comic and adptation, but the writer is making a bunch of changes to Ihyeon's character that make him seem way dumber than he is. Like, at this point in the novel, when the top says he won't penatrate Ihyeon, Ihyeon's immediate thought is "wtf, that's not even an option rn. Why does he keep intentionally misunderstanding me."
I'm sure it's to make this sex scene fit in less than 5 chapters, bc it's like 10 in the novel, but they're not just cutting actions, they're changing characters and their main motivations.
