I personally believe that guwon Is quite literally turning a blind eye to this because from what we’ve seen in the manwha Beforehand Guwon iit NOT stupid And he has an entire group of people that fawn over him (the hounds) acting as if he is a “God” because of how good of a leader guwon is. And somehow teach is getting away with it because I know damn well that if this was anybody else Guwon Would have literally already beat the shit out of them and killed them..
